With over 25 years of expertise in special education and social-emotional learning, Tracey has accomplished study in Speech Communication, Therapeutic Recreation, Masters of Education (Special Education), Board Certification in Special Education, and is an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist. She is the creator of the award-winning Social Fit® program, promoting social-emotional growth and community integration. Her work and programs have been awarded the DCF Community Partnership Award, the #1 Family Favorite Best of Boston: Boston Parents’ Paper, and the Outstanding Early Intervention Provider Margaret L. Bauman, M.D. Award for Excellence.
As Common Room’s Administrative Director, Pamela brings extensive administrative and management experience from previous roles at Dicks Sporting Goods, EF International Language Schools, and as a Litigation and Corporate Paralegal in Boston, MA.
A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Rachel holds a master’s degree in applied behavioral analysis and has extensive special education experience from her role at LABBB Collaborative in Lexington, MA.
Brianna brings experience in art therapy and education from her time at the Kennedy Day School. She enjoys crocheting, baking, gaming, and photographing her two cats.
Combining his experience in web development, technical support, and youth leadership, Josh supports engaging and accessible member activities. Prior to joining the common room, Josh worked at Curriculum Associates as an Account Specialist, providing onboarding and technical support to schools across Pennsylvania, Delaware, Louisiana, and Arkansas for the critically acclaimed i-Ready learning platform primarily helping students K-8.
